PERSONAL ORDERS |
- Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for Royal Mail First Class Recorded orders within the UK. Although most parcels will arrive within 4 working days, they may take up to 7 – 9 working days and we would ask you to allow up to 9 days at busy times of the year, such as Christmas.
- If you require your order to arrive on a particular date we suggest you use our Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day service. Parcels are guaranteed by Royal Mail to arrive by 1.00pm.
- Your parcel will require a signature whichever postal method you have chosen.
- If Royal Mail has attempted to deliver and you have received a card, please contact Royal Mail directly to arrange another convenient delivery time or to pick your parcel up at your designated Post Office.
- For destinations outside the UK, deliveries will take longer. Please allow for this.
- If your order is made up of multiple items, these may in certain circumstances be dispatched separately. In this event, you will only pay one delivery charge and you will be sent separate dispatch confirmation e-mails detailing which item(s) are in your parcel.
- Although your entire order should be delivered within the same delivery period, under certain circumstances this may vary and we will inform you accordingly.
