If you are not delighted with your purchase you may return it to us within 21
days of purchase, provided it was purchased from this web site, is in perfect condition,
unworn and in its original packaging. To make a return or exchange please contact:

If you receive goods that are damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied, please notify us
without delay and return the goods within seven days, stating whether you require a refund or
replacement.We will then credit the original credit/debit card or give you an exchange.

We will give you a return authorisation number which must accompany returned goods,
together with the name and address of the purchaser. We are unable to accept returns
without this return authorisation number. We regret that we are unable to credit or exchange
pierced earrings for hygiene reasons, unless the goods were damaged on receipt, faulty or were incorrectly supplied.

Return postage is the customer's responsibility and will not be reimbursed by
Angie Gooderham. We recommend that you use Registered Post or Recorded Delivery service
when returning items as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returns.
